Melvin Mahluko Junior Chef of the Year

Melvin is one of the Eziko students who trained at the Grand West Casino. He participated in the Cape Regional “Chef of the Year Competition” in June 2006. He was awarded ‘Best Starter’ which is the highest achievement for a newcomer in the industry. Melvin continues to be one of the promising new chefs in the industry – and began his career at Eziko Cooking and Catering School. Congratulations to Melvin!
